How long will it take to ship my order?
All items are printed on demand and shipped from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. During off peak months orders are processed and ship within 5-6 business days. During peak seasonal months, orders ship within 9-12 business days. Shipping days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

Can I track my order?
When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive that tracking number, your package is ready for the postal pick-up. Tracking will begin once the postal service make the initial scan. It can take up to 24 hours to appear in the tracking system. The postal service picks up packages Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over it. We cannot change the address or redirect it to another address. If we ship your package to the address you provided and it is returned, you will be issued a store credit for the product price less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages in an average of 5 business days after ship date. Please note, with regard to region this is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed delivery. Packages are considered delayed if they have not been received within 14 days.
We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 9-13 Days and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification and tracking information when their order has shipped.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages.
I never received my package. What do I do?
If you have not received your package within 14 days (US) please contact USPS or 38 days (international) please contact Asendia USA. Use the tracking information that was sent to you and file a form to trace your order. You can find that on their web site:
